Los poseedores a que ser refiere el artículo anterior pueden ejercitar el derecho de compra de su parcela, en cualquier tiempo: en el caso de que hayan sido o fueren vencidos en juicio, pueden ejercitar el mismo derecho hasta el momento en que vaya a ejecutarse la sentencia. El poseedor vencido que no ejercitare el derecho que le otorga el Artículo 4º de la Ley 200 de 1936 dentro del término que se señala en la presente disposición, se entiende que renuncia a tal derecho.
