° Facúltase a los Comandantes de Brigada, Cuerpos de Tropa y Unidades Destacadas para nombrar por medio de la Orden del Día su personal administrativo y de los servicios con las siguientes excepciones, cuyos nombramientos se causarán en la forma que a continuación se expresa: 1° Por decreto: Oficiales de Sanidad, Contadores, Odontólogos, Veterinarios y Capellanes. 2° Por resolución: Armeros, Ecónomos, Almacenistas y Farmacéuticos.
