º La cuantía de los auxilios de repatriación que se concedan se graduará según las condiciones individuales de cada interesado y la distancia que dentro del territorio nacional tenga que recorrer el agraciado, a quien sólo se le entregará la cantidad que el Ministro o Cónsul respectivo estime suficiente para que aquél pueda llegar a la primera población de Colombia, en la cual se le hará entregar la diferencia para continuar el viaje.
