° Los profesores graduados acreditarán su especialidad científica o técnica mediante los títulos o certificados de estudios respectivos. Los no graduados lo harán con certificados de las Direcciones Nacionales de Enseñanza Secundaria o Normalista, de acuerdo con las actas de inspección de los establecimientos, si pertenecen al grupo a o de la Dirección de Educación Vocacional o institutos donde hubieren trabajado, si están comprendidos en el grupo b.
