Modifícase el literal f) y adiciónase un literal al artículo 46 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, los cuales quedarán así: "f) Suministrar la información que la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales le solicite, relacionada con la llegada y salida de naves, aeronaves, vehículos y unidades de carga, del lugar habilitado en la forma y oportunidad establecida, y" "h) Informar a la autoridad aduanera la finalización de descargue en los términos y condiciones establecidos en el artículo 97-2 del presente decreto".
