º . Podrán concederse los plazos de que trata el artículo anterior, no obstante cursar proceso ejecutivo contra el solicitante del plazo. En este caso, podrá suspenderse el trámite del proceso y levantarse las medidas cautelares siempre y cuando las garantías constituidas ofrezcan suficiente respaldo a la deuda y el deudor pague cumplidamente las cuotas fijadas.
