Acoger la decisión tomada el día 11 de diciembre del año 2000 por la Comisión Permanente de Concertación de Políticas Laborales y Salariales en sentido de fijar a partir del primero (1º) de enero del año dos mil uno (2001) el salario mínimo legal mensual de los trabajadores de los sectores urbano y rural, en la suma de doscientos ochenta y seis mil pesos ($286.000).
