ARTICULO 98. El alcalde metropolitano o la autoridad en quien se delegue será la encargada del manejo, organización, control y vigilancia de la actividad transportadora municipal en la jurisdicción de su área metropolitana, únicamente si la asamblea departamental le ha asignado esta función y en todo caso sujeto a lo previsto en este Estatuto.
