"Artículo 5°. Las Altas Partes contratantes se obligan a entregarse mutuamente, en cada trimestre, por conducto de sus Legaciones u otro autorizado, una lista de las obras a favor de las cuales los autores o editores hayan asegurado, mediante las formalidades prescritas por la ley, sus propios derechos en el país respectivo.
