° Adscríbase el ramo de Almacenes Generales de Depósito al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, para el efecto de ejercer sobre aquéllos la inspección que le confirió al Gobierno el artículo 2° de la Ley 20 de 1921. Esta inspección la ejercerá el Gobierno por conducto de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
