Nota de Vigencia : Este Artículo fue adicionado por el artículo 10 del Decreto 1297 de 2022; para establecer su aplicación debe tenerse en cuenta lo dispuesto sobre el Plazo para la definición de estándares en el Artículo 12 del Decreto 1297 de 2022.
