Pasajes distinta sede Cuando por razones del servicio o circunstancias de traslado, el Oficial o Suboficial no pueda llevar la familia a la nueva guarnición y tenga que situarla en otro lugar dentro del país, a la solicitud solicitud de pasajes deberá acompañar una certificación expedida por el respectivo Comandante en que se haga constar la necesidad de dicha ubicación. Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial hiciere uso de este derecho no habrá lugar a expedición de nuevos pasajes para la familia aunque hayan cesado las razones del servicio o las circunstancias del traslado que motivaron el hecho.
