º. Dirección y Administración. La dirección y administración del Instituto de Seguros Sociales está a cargo de un Consejo Directivo y un presidente de conformidad con el ordenamiento jurídico vigente. Los administradores y funcionarios del Instituto de Seguros Sociales deben obrar no sólo dentro del marco de la ley sino dentro del principio de la buena fe y de servicio a los intereses sociales, absteniéndose de realizar en cuanto a ello haya lugar las conductas descritas en el artículo 72 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
