El Gobierno Nacional procederá a gestionar con la Magdalena Fruit Co. un arreglo o reajuste del préstamo por US$ 750.000, que se hizo constar en contrato de fecha diez de octubre de mil novecientos treinta y dos, habida consideración de las circunstancias que han sobrevenido después de la operación. El Gobierno queda autorizado, asímismo, para formalizar los convenios a que hubiere lugar.
