MEDIOS. En el proceso disciplinario son admisibles los siguientes medios de prueba

a)

Inspección;

b)

Dictamen pericial;

c)

Documentos;

d)

Testimonio de terceros;

e)

Confesión;

f)

Indicios;

g)

Cualquier otro medio que sea útil para la formación del convencimiento del investigador.

Parágrafo

Para la práctica de pruebas se tomarán en cuenta, cuando sea necesario, las normas del Código de Procedimiento Penal siempre que no contradigan la naturaleza del proceso disciplinario.
