º . Obligación de sortear el premio . El premio o premios ofrecidos deberán rifarse hasta que queden en poder del público. En el evento que el premio o premios ofrecidos no queden en poder del público en la fecha prevista para la realización del sorteo, la persona gestora de la rifa deberá observar el procedimiento señalado en los incisos 3 y 4 del artículo anterior.
