La presente ley tiene por objeto desarrollar la TELESALUD en Colombia, como apoyo al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, bajo los principios de eficiencia, universalidad, solidaridad, integralidad, unidad, calidad y los principios básicos contemplados en la presente ley.
