Del otorgamiento de la licencia de funcionamiento por parte de las Direcciones Regionales. Las Direcciones Regionales o agencias otorgarán la licencia de funcionamiento de que trata el artículo anterior en los casos y en las condiciones previstas por la dirección general del ICBF.
