Las apropiaciones del Capítulo 02301 -Programa I, artículo 23003, proyecto 3- de Gastos de Inversión de la Policía Nacional- del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia de 1961 por ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00), para la construcción de la Escuela del Servicio de Seguridad-Rural en Yopal (Casanare), será pagada al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, para que la invierta en la construcción de dicha Escuela.
