Modifíquese el artículo 6° de la Ley 367 de 1997 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 6°. Facúltese a los Concejos Municipales del departamento del Huila para que, previa autorización de las respectivas Asambleas Departamentales, hagan obligatorio el uso de la estampilla que aquí se autoriza.
