Cuando llegado el 25 de junio algún Ministerio o Departamento Administrativo no hubiere presentado su petición de apropiaciones para el proyecto de Presupuesto, se incluirán en éste las partidas que determinen el Presidente de la República y el Ministro de Hacienda.
