La Nación cooperará a la construcción de las obras de defensa de Cáqueza, aconsejadas por los geólogos oficiales en sus informes números 226 de 1934, el de 1940, 708 de 1950 y 1425 de 1962, o que éstos aconsejen, con la suma de cuatro millones de pesos ($ 4'000.000) moneda corriente.
