La cancelación decretada judicialmente se comunicará al Notario que conserva el original de la escritura cancelada mediante exhorto, que ha de contener la transcripción textual del encabezamiento, fecha y parte resolutiva pertinente de la providencia, y que será protocolizado directamente por el interesado.
