Transcríbase y hágasele entrega de la presente ley en nota de estilo a los familiares, a la Gobernación del departamento y a la Universidad Popular del Cesar en ceremonia especial en la ciudad de Valledupar una vez sancionada, acto en el cual se honrará la memoria del desaparecido.
