Revisión . Se entiende por revisión el trámite por el cual la entidad solicitante, fundada en consideraciones técnicas, requiere a quien practicó el avalúo para que reconsidere la valoración presentada, a fin de corregirla, reformarla o confirmarla. La impugnación es el trámite que se adelanta por la entidad solicitante del avalúo ante el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, para que este examine el avalúo a fin de corregirlo, reformarlo o confirmarlo.
