El individuo que solicite matrícula por primera vez deberá presentar al Rector de la Facultad el diploma de Bachiller en Filosofía y Letras, reconocido por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública ó expedido por el Consejo de Revisión. En vista de estos documentos el Rector ordenará al Secretario haga la inscripción, la que no podrá hacerse sin esta autorización.
