Los establecimientos públicos, empresas, instituciones u organismos, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza jurídica, que en la actualidad estén bajo la vigilancia de su gestión fiscal por parte de la Contraloría General de la República, continuarán sometidos a ese mismo régimen.
