Ponderación. El operador jurídico al interior del Ministerio de Minas y Energía realizará la ponderación respectiva para cada caso concreto. Dicha ponderación debe atender a los criterios establecidos en el Capítulo III del Título III de la Ley 1437 de 2011, en su artículo 50.
