El artículo 58 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
La Corte Suprema de Justicia, el Consejo de Estado, los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito, los Tribunales y los Juzgados que establezca la ley administran justicia.
El Senado ejerce determinadas funciones judiciales.
La administración de justicia es un servicio público a cargo de la Nación.
