Definición del Sistema Nacional de Libertad Religiosa, de Cultos y Conciencia; Diálogo Social; Paz Total; Igualdad y No Estigmatización (Sinalibrec). El Sistema Nacional de Libertad Religiosa, de Cultos y Conciencia; Diálogo Social; Paz Total; Igualdad y No Estigmatización (Sinalibrec) es el conjunto de orientaciones, normas, agentes, instancias de coordinación, actividades, recursos, programas e instituciones que garantizan el derecho fundamental a la libertad religiosa y de cultos, mediante relaciones funcionales de articulación intersectorial, interinstitucional y territorial, promoviendo la deliberación, la construcción de conocimiento y la incidencia en políticas públicas.
