Los inversionistas extranjeros socios de empresas mixtas que opten por el sistema de libertad cambiaria deberán registrar su aporte de capital y las variaciones del mismo ante la gerencia de la respectiva zona, para efectos estadísticos y de control. Los socios extranjeros de empresas mixtas que opten por el Régimen de Control de Cambios, se sujetarán a las normas sobre tratamiento a los capitales extranjeros.
