º. El reconocimiento de la compensación de que trata el literal a) del Artículo 4º de la Ley 56 de 1981 se hará así: 1º. Por los inmuebles adquiridos con anterioridad, a partir de la vigencia de la ley, y 2º. Por los inmuebles que se adquieran con posterioridad al 5 de octubre de 1981, a partir de la fecha en que por la enajenación a favor de la entidad propietaria se deje de causar el impuesto predial a cargo del vendedor o tradente.
