El Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito autorizará de plano las solicitudes de reestructuración y la información sobre el incremento o modificación de horarios en las rutas autorizadas, presentadas por las empresas de transporte público terrestre automotor de pasajeros y mixto por carretera, durante la vigencia del Decreto 608 de 1991, sin observar el procedimiento señalado en el presente Decreto.
