LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.8.8. Validez Licencias de Navegación. La validez de las Licencias de Navegación para el personal de pesca industrial, será de cinco (5) años pero condicionada al resultado satisfactorio del examen médico bianual para tripulantes pesqueros, sin el cual la Licencia de Navegación no será válida, debiendo el Armador en tales casos, entregar la licencia a la Capitanía de Puerto, la cual la retendrá hasta tanto el tripulante no presente su examen médico satisfactorio.
