Si la providencia del juez de menores impusiere el internamiento en el manicomio criminal o en la colonia agrícola especial, se procederá de acuerdo con las normas del capítulo anterior en cuanto fueren compatibles con las medidas de seguridad para menores y pudieren cumplirse en secciones especiales de los establecimientos correspondientes.
