º. Ajuste tarifario . La Junta Nacional de Tarifas de Servicios Públicos determinará la tasa y periodicidad de la actualización de las tarifas del servicio de aseo. En casos especiales se podrán autorizar ajustes puntuales para adecuar las tarifas a valores establecidos con fundamento en los costos de prestación del servicio.
