Objeto . Con el fin de resguardar los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la salud y el goce de un ambiente sano, se establecen medidas orientadas a la reducción de la producción y el consumo de plásticos de un solo uso en el territorio nacional, se dictan disposiciones que permitan su sustitución gradual por alternativas sostenibles y su cierre de ciclos, y se establecen medidas complementarias.
