Art. 1.° Las clases de carne serán en adelante cuatro : De 1. a á 15 centavos libra. De 2. a á 12½ centavos libra. De 3. a á 10 centavos libra. De 4. a i 5 centavos libra. La Secretaría de Hacienda detallará las piezas de la res que deban constituir cada clase.
