A las mismas sanciones establecidas en el artículo anterior quedarán sujetas todas las personas que, sin la aprobación del Gobierno, elevaren los precios de las mercancías o artículos de consumo, para lo cual solamente será suficiente comprobar que dichas mercancías son ofrecidas públicamente a un precio superior al autorizado por el Gobierno Nacional.
