El estudio de las cuestiones que le sean sometidas por los órganos del Poder ejecutivo, por Lis Cámaras legislativas y por personas o entidades particulares, y
Por iniciativa propia, realizará su labor de coordinación y planeamiento y elaborará recomendaciones que serán presentadas a los órganos del Poder Ejecutivo.
