ARTICULO 33. Faltas temporales . Son faltas temporales de los concejales

1.

La incapacidad o licencia médica debidamente certificadas.

2.

La suspensión del ejercicio del cargo dentro de proceso disciplinario.

3.

La suspensión provisional de la elección, dispuesta por la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo, y

4.

Los casos de fuerza mayor. Las faltas temporales de los concejales justifican su inasistencia a las sesiones del Concejo y de sus comisiones.
