Adiciónese al artículo 14 del decreto número 795 de 1919, en el sentido de que también deberán aceptarse por las oficinas respectivas, los telegramas escritos en clave dirigidos al Director de la Policía Nacional por los comisarios encargados de las Secciones de ese cuerpo y por los demás empleados del mismo cuerpo, cuando se haya fuera de Bogotá desempeñando comisiones del servicio.
