Artículo segundo. Para la determinación de las coordenadas geográficas y del azimut verdadero o astronómico a que se refiere el artículo 35 del Decreto 1270 de 1931, se seguirán las normas establecidas sobre el particular por el Instituto Geográfico Militar y Catastral. El Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos aceptará previa autorización de dicho Instituto, las coordenadas determinadas por él.
