Adiciónese una categoría al artículo 2.31.1.2.9 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, así: “Categoría IV - Activos de riesgo inmobiliario no productivos. En esta categoría se clasificarán los siguientes activos: 1. Los bienes raíces no productivos descritos en el numeral 3.10 de artículo 2.31.3.1.2 del presente Decreto ponderarán al 15% de su valor.”
