Artículo sexto. La operación de vehículos o combinaciones de vehículos que excedan las dimensiones o pesos máximos admisibles que se habla los artículos 1°, 3° y 4°, únicamente podrá permitirse mediante resolución del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Tal resolución únicamente se expedirá en virtud de razones de señalada importancia, y será siempre de duración limitada a un periodo de tiempo que deberá hacerse notar en la respectiva resolución.

Parágrafo

Las resoluciones de que se habla en el presente artículo, únicamente tendrán validez para vehículos que cumplan con lo dispuesto en el artículo 7°.
