La Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Comisión Colombiana del Espacio tendrá, entre sus funciones, la de presidir las reuniones del Comité Técnico, elaborar las propuestas del Comité con el apoyo de las entidades interesadas y presentar dichas propuestas a la Comisión Colombiana del Espacio.

Parágrafo

En tanto la Comisión Colombiana del espacio designa a la Secretaría Ejecutiva, las funciones de esta serán desempeñadas por la Dirección de Asuntos Económicos, Sociales y Ambientales Multilaterales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
