º El producto de las multas y del remate de que tratan los artículos 2º y 5º de la Ley 79 de 1986, se destinarán por los municipios a actividades de reforestación de las zonas afectadas por las infracciones correspondientes y a obras de desarrollo de la comunidad relacionadas con la protección y conservación de los recursos naturales renovables, de conformidad con los planes que para el efecto establezca la entidad competente para el manejo del recurso forestal.
