Control en el recaudo. El sujeto activo de la Contribución deberá llevar una relación de los sujetos pasivos que presenten y paguen su liquidación privada en cada período, así como de quienes incumplan esta obligación, de forma que le permita realizar el efectivo recaudo de la Contribución y ejercer el control necesario para obtener el correcto y oportuno cumplimiento de las obligaciones a cargo de los aportantes.
