° Todas las empresas o establecimientos industriales de individuos o compañías residentes o domiciliados en la República deben suministrar a los Directores de la Estadística, en el término prudencial que estos fijen, los datos de interés general que requiera el buen servicio del ramo; a fin de establecer, con la mayor exactitud posible, el estado y desarrollo económico del país, en sus relaciones internas y externas.
