ARTÍCULO 2.2.12.3.2. Campo de Aplicación. El presente Capítulo se aplicará a los órganos, organismos y entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva a nivel nacional, departamental, distrital y municipal, en los sectores central y descentralizado.
